DESIGN AND PROCESS:
These traditional shelves brackets are entirely hand hammered. The scrolls are Widened at both sides for giving a nice and elegant classical shape. The bracket base is hammered with a hammer made especially by the blacksmith and it's widened at both ends.
It's fit with wood shelves as well as a glass. Handmade by an experimented blacksmith with ancestral and modern techniques. 
 
MATERIAL:
This heavy-duty Corbel is made with 1/4" x 1" flat steel and a square of 1/2" for the scroll that gives a strong capacity for loading. Two holes for wall fixations are drilled and two for the fixations off wood shelves.
Screws not included.

CONTROL of QUALITY:
Each object is made by a blacksmith of more than thirty years of experience. He makes sure that the order is respected and practices a STRICT CONTROL OF QUALITY. The square had a tolerance of fewer than 0,5 degrees.
Usually, the dimension is close to the dimension indicated but it could be more or less than 1/2'' due to the forging process in the length and the height.
